Mental health resources for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities

It's important that mob looks after their mental health and wellbeing during the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. Remember that you are not alone, and support is available.

Try to stay connected with your family, friends and community if you, or someone you love, feels anxious, lonely or uncertain.

Some ways you can do this are:

  • Yarn with friends, loved ones and other mob
  • Sleep well, eat well and exercise
  • Get in tune with your creative self and connect with Country if you can
  • Do things that make you feel good and build your strength
  • Follow deadly mob online.

If you or a loved one need support, you can call or talk online with a professional who can help you.
